tsunami hit andaman- what i saw there.

the visit to place where tsunami hit a few months back, is no less than a quick peek to hell... The places which wer once covered with tall trees and playing childerwn now stand withness to one of the natures worst disasters.the trees now stand dry because of the salt water that drenched them. A few brocken houses and overturned boats also form the part of the scenery.. Driving through the road one can easily spot the abandoned cycles,skeltons of animals and clothes lying over the wet sand . Ever after six months since the tsunami stuck the water is yet to seep down. A brief talk with the survivers makes us realise how lucky we are .People who lost their dear ones , lifetime of hard work, houses . People are yet to come in turms with the reality.. Leaving the place fills our hearts with a joy similar to escape from a cursed land . But the sorrow of the people still haunts you.
